CitizenPack · Irish Citizenship Papers Check · updated 21 October 2026

Who provides the service

CitizenPack is provided by Saoirse Software Limited, company no. 819296, Venture Hub, 136 Capel Street, Dublin 1, Ireland (support@saoirsesoftware.com).

What we do

We read the papers you upload and check them against the identity and residence points table published by Immigration Service Delivery: which year each paper belongs to, how many points it is worth, whether your name, home address and a date are shown, whether copies are certified and whether translations are included. We show what is missing and, after payment, build a pack of your files sorted year by year for the online portal, with a dated report.

What we don't do

The official guidance can change. We check against the version published when we last reviewed it, shown in your report.

Price and payment

The check is free. Unlocking the details, 30 days to fix and re-check, and the pack cost €49, once, including VAT where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe when you unlock.

Refund

Within 30 days of paying you can press “Refund my €49” on your page. We refund the full amount to your card without asking why, and your papers are deleted at the same moment.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Irish and EU law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022. If the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to have it put right or to a refund.

By starting the check you ask us to begin the service straight away. Because you get the full refund above at any point in the 30 days, you lose nothing by this.

Your papers

You confirm the papers are yours, or that you have the right to upload them (for example your spouse's, with their agreement). How we handle them is set out in our privacy notice.

Liability

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for decisions of the Minister or the Department.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. You can bring a claim in the courts of Ireland or of the EU country where you live.
